Delete your data
Last updated: November 8, 2026, Philippine Time
You can ask Arnoks Food Corporation to delete the information we received from you through Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube at any time. Here is how, in plain words.
What we may have
- Messages you sent to the Arnoks Facebook Page or Instagram account (@arnoks_ph), and our replies, including those written by our AI assistant, Jarvee.
- Public comments you wrote under our posts and videos, and our replies.
- Your public name and ID on that platform, which come with your message or comment.
- If you are an Arnoks franchisee who connected your own Facebook Page in the portal: your Page's name and ID, the Page key (kept encrypted) and your post records.
We never ask for or read your password, your private profile or your friends list.
How to ask us to delete it
- Email privacy@arnoks.com with the subject "Delete my data". Tell us your name as it appears on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, and which account you used to contact us.
- Or message the Arnoks Facebook Page and write "Delete my data". A person from our team will handle it.
We reply within 15 days. We may ask you to confirm who you are, so that no one else can delete your data. We then delete your messages, comments and details from our systems and tell you when it is done.
Some records we must keep by law even after you ask, for example invoices and payments. If that applies, we will tell you exactly what we keep and why.
Remove our app's access yourself
- Franchisees who connected a Facebook Page: tap Disconnect in the Arnoks portal. We delete the stored Page key at once. You can also remove the Arnoks app on Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → Arnoks → Remove.
- YouTube: remove our access from your Google Account: https://myaccount.google.com/connections. We delete the stored key within 7 days.
Deleting your Facebook, Instagram or TikTok account does not by itself delete what you sent us, so please write to us as above.
For everything else, see our full Privacy Policy.
