FAQ

How much is the franchise? The ₱49,500 Universal Franchise Starter, VAT-inclusive. The ₱49,500 Starter is not a complete, built store. Construction, equipment, permits, rent, labor, and working capital are separate.

Is there a royalty? Yes. 3.5% of monthly gross sales, VAT-inclusive, paid every 15th and 30th, cut-offs the 10th and the 25th, starting one month after the opening date.

How long is the franchise term? 2 years, with one 2-year renewal. No renewal fee.

Is my area exclusive? One City or Municipality, One Prime-X Operator. One School, One Arnoks: 300-meter diameter measured from the school gate. Other formats are measured from the main entrance. Program names give no extra exclusivity.

When is the seminar? Every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month at 7:00 PM Philippine Time, on Zoom, for about 1 hour. It is free. If you are ready to proceed, you can request a one-on-one Zoom instead.

How do I reserve a location? Register for the free seminar. After the seminar we check by hand whether your chosen location is available. If it is, we email you a payment link for the ₱999 reservation fee. Attending the seminar does not reserve a location. A location is reserved only after we receive your ₱999.

Is the ₱999 refundable? The ₱999 is a non-refundable reservation fee that counts toward the ₱49,500, leaving a balance of ₱48,501. It is refunded only if Arnoks cannot honor the reservation.

How do I pay the ₱49,500? By bank transfer to the Arnoks accounts named in your payment email only. The account details are never posted publicly. Only money received in the accounts named in our payment email counts; payments to any other account, personal or e-wallet, do not.

Do you guarantee income? No. Arnoks does not promise or guarantee any sales, income, profit or return on investment. Please read our Earnings Disclaimer.

Is on-site training available? Optional, 2 days, 1 week before soft opening. ₱7,000 Luzon, ₱25,000 Visayas and Mindanao, VAT-inclusive. Covers trainer accommodation, airfare (or gas, fare, tolls), and food.
