Gross Sales means everything you sell (Arnoks products and your other items, in store, online and through delivery apps), at the price the customer is charged, before discounts, platform fees, costs or taxes are taken off. Due dates already move past weekends and public holidays; if the government declares a new holiday, pay on the next business day. Late payments carry interest of 1% a month (clause 6.1). This calculator follows Article 5 and Schedule 2 of the Franchise Agreement; the Agreement is what counts. Pay only to the Arnoks accounts named in your Arnoks payment emails. Your numbers are saved only on this device.
