Rights, training and support

• Access to the Commissary and supply system; operations assistance; marketing support; business consultation; product development and system updates; continuing franchise support

What ₱49,500 does not cover

We tell you this upfront so you can plan with confidence. Your total depends on the setup you choose.

• Rent, advance rental and security deposit
• Construction, renovation, fabrication and contractor fees
• Kiosk, mobile cart or Prime-X fabrication
• Fryers, refrigerators, freezers and other equipment for your setup
• Utilities and installation
• Business permits, registration and compliance costs
• Salaries, operating expenses, packaging and working capital
• Future stock and delivery charges

Arnoks gives guidance on layout, signage, equipment and workflow. Guidance does not mean the construction or equipment is free.

From seminar to opening day.

1. Join the free seminar1 hour on Zoom, every 2nd and 4th Saturday at 7 PM. Bring your questions.
2. We check your locationBy hand, for availability and Territorial Protection. Nothing is automatic. Curious first? See if your spot looks open on our location map: arnoks.com/locations
3. Reserve with ₱999Your location is held through Day 7. The ₱999 is credited in full if you complete the ₱49,500 within 30 days.
4. Pay the balance and accept the agreement₱48,501 by bank transfer to the official corporate account, then you accept the Franchise Agreement online.
5. Follow the Launch PathArnoks Academy videos, practice batches, permits and building your setup, with a coach at every gate.
6. Open for business 🎉When training, permits and Brand Standards are complete, Arnoks confirms in writing that you're ready to open.

Prime-X is an Arnoks mobile kiosk concept: One City or Municipality, One Prime-X Operator. Its fabrication and equipment are arranged separately.

Clear terms, no surprises.

— Reserving a location

• ₱999, non-refundable, credited in full, balance ₱48,501. Refunded only if Arnoks cannot honor the reservation.
• Day 1 is the payment day. Location held through Day 7. Credit valid through Day 30 and expires from Day 31. Deadlines end 11:59 PM Philippine Time. Extensions at the company's discretion.
• Only the Arnoks accounts named in the payment email, never posted publicly. Only money received in the accounts named in our payment email counts; payments to any other account, personal or e-wallet, do not.
• Franchise Fee refunded, including the credited ₱999, if no location is approved within 30 days of the Effective Date.
